These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the mobile application Screenshot PRO (hereinafter, the “Application”), owned by Beatcode Srl, with its registered office at Via San Felice 26, 40122 Bologna, Italy, VAT and Tax Code IT03810791206, contact email info@beatcode.it (hereinafter, the “Company”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Application, the user (“User”) fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms. If the User does not agree to any provision, they must refrain from using the Application.

2. Purpose of the Application

The Application enables users to capture, edit, and manage screenshots, as well as access advanced features through the creation of a personal account and the purchase of subscriptions or additional services via in-app purchases.

3. Account Creation and Management

To access certain features, the User may register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The User is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for all activities carried out under their account.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The Application offers subscriptions and in-app purchases. Payments are processed exclusively through Apple’s App Store and are subject to its applicable terms and conditions.

5. Permitted Use

The User agrees not to use the Application for unlawful purposes or in ways that may harm the Application’s functioning or infringe upon the rights of third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphic interfaces, and software related to the Application are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and industrial property laws.

7. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided through the Application or other suitable channels.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided “as is” and the Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its availability, continuity, or absence of defects. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The competent court is the Court of Bologna, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
